The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between BYTECONCEPTS S.L. and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, to Law 26/1984, of July 19, General for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999, of 17 December 1999, regulating Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general conditions, Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

Prices. All products indicate the sale price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax applies, so it shall be indicated.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and re-credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, he will be obliged to BYTECONCEPTS S.L. to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

Right of withdrawal and claim is. According to article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, in no case may those items that have been personalized by the client be returned. Jurisdiction. The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory.
